MAKE A LIST
Making a list of all the things that are important to you is a good place to start. We recommend that all members of the family do this, it will really help bringing together everyone’s ideas before you start your search.
Have some idea of which points on your list are non-negotiable and which points there might be room for compromise. Everyone is bound to have to give a little and by allowing little flexibility you might even surprise yourself with what type of property you end up buying.

You can start by searching properties on our website, there are changes daily, but you will see on there, the types of property you like for your budget, as well as a wealth of additional information. We would recommend speaking with us, over video, phone or email, whatever works for you and tell us what’s important for you in finding your home in the sun.
We never recommend viewing too many properties on one day. It’s better to experience everything the area has to offer, including nearby leisure and entertainment facilities. Take a notebook with you and take photos so that you can jot down your initial thoughts on each property we show you, just in case we’ve not included it in our Property Report. No matter how good your memory is, you’ll be glad to have a record to look back on later.
