Post pandemic, a surge in property demand has been widely reported, leading to strong house price and expediential rental growth across Spain. Not least on the sunshine coast of the Costa Del Sol the Spanish Government reported a decline of 31% in available rental properties and a net migrations increased of over 36,000.
